Diamond brushes are made from diamond powder and resin inside the filament for leather finishing on hard granite. They are designed for working with minimal pressure to last multiple times longer and brush very aggressively. Diamond Frankfurt Wire Brushes can be used on radial arm machines or any machine set up to use Frankfurt style heads. They are high quality, long life tools that will give you just the texured finish you desire.

Features of diamond brush:

1. Grits available are 24#, 36#, 46#, 60#, 80#, 120#, 180#, 240#, 320#, 500#, 800#, 1000# etc;

2. Compared with silicon carbide brushes, these diamonds can work on the toughest granite;

3. Can be used on hand polishing tools or larger machines;

4. Designed to work faster and last longer on all natural stone or engineered stone;

5. Wet use only; Recommended RPM 800, but the slower the better for full texture and color.
