Specification of Diamond Router Bits: 

1. Vacuum brazed diamond router bits mainly used for processing special shapes and profiling surface on different kind of glass, granite, marble and other stone. Also can be used for wall brick and floor tile, sanitary ware, ceramic handle, and some hard plastic products.

2. Diamond grains are firmly vacuum brazed onto the steel body,which provides the router bits with higher efficiency and longer life.

3. Varies diamond grits and head shapes as per customers' request.

4. It is usually recommaded that 30/40 grit diamond (coarse) router bits used for grinding hard granite. 70/80 grit diamond(medium) for grinding medium/soft granite and marble.

5. Use wet or dry. But water or other coolant is recommended for longer life of the bit.

6. High efficiency and several times better than electroplated ones.
